We believe grooming should feel safe, calm and deeply respectful. Your dog or cat isn’t “ being difficult” they’re simply trying to understand the world around them. So we slow down, listen closely and let them set the pace, creating a grooming experience that feels kind, consensual and truly on their terms.

  • We’ve taken our spaniel to the Natural Groomers 3 times now and every time she has come home looking amazing and so happy, and full of enthusiasm! Jane and her team always do an amazing job. Our older dog can be a bit demanding at times! But they are so caring and patient with her that we feel safe and confident to leave her in their very capable hands. Would highly recommend and thank you for always doing such a great job and being so kind to her.

No restraints used whilst your dog is being groomed just a lot of patience & occasionally some bribes with treats ! Lots of nice healthy dog products as well.   • Took my cat Missy in to get her claw trimmed. She’s an extremely feisty old cat and they did a brilliant job. I would imagine most would have sent me away, but we perceived and got an amazing job done. Also love the natural dog treats. I will be back for them for sure. Not sure I will put them thru the claw cutting process again! 🤣
