Teeth Cleaning
A fresh, healthy mouth starts with gentle care. Our teeth cleaning focuses on calm, stress free handling so your pet feels relaxed from start to finish. Regular dental care can help reduce plaque and support long term wellbeing, all delivered in an atmosphere of kindness and patience.

Emmi-Pet, is a silent, vibration free, ultrasonic toothbrush for pets that cleans without scrubbing. It uses pure ultrasound waves, that carried through the tooth paste, to break down plaque, soften tartar, and reach deep under the gum line where bacteria hides. This is a gentle, non invasive procedure.

Meet, Greet and Treat/Puppy Intro
Perfect for nervous or new visitors, our Meet, Greet & Treat session introduces your pet to our spa environment slowly and positively. We take time to get to know your animal, use fun treats and rewards, and allow them to explore at their own pace so they feel secure and happy a week or so before any grooming begins. We will give them a little brush, see what they are like with the hairdryer and having their feet touched, ready for nail clips.

Nail Clipping/Filing
Healthy paws start with regularly trimmed nails and a calm, thoughtful approach. Our groomers expertly clip nails with gentle handling so even the most sensitive pets feel at ease. We begin by taking time to get to know your pet, their personality, preferences, and any sensitivities they may have. Grooming is always carried out gently and with patience, allowing breaks whenever needed. We never rush or force a pet to continue if they are feeling overwhelmed.
Appointments are one-to-one, meaning your pet receives our full attention in a quiet, relaxed environment. We use Natural, Vegan, kind-to-skin products and handle every pet with care and respect.
If your pet is a Puppy or nervous, elderly, or visiting us for the first time, we’re happy to go slowly and adjust the session to help them feel safe and reassured. Our aim is for every pet to leave feeling calm, comfortable, and cared for — not just looking good, but feeling good too.
